Terms & Conditions

Due to the variations in personalisation, it may not be possible to include all words and phrases requested.  For example, approximately 14 words/phrases are needed for an A4 design however, this can vary.  Therefore, please list in order of importance for inclusion or mark appropriately.

Customers should allow approximately 2 weeks for completion of the design and approval process.  This allows for several versions of the proofs to ensure that you are completely happy with the end product.  It may be possible to shorten this time but please contact us in advance to discuss this possibility.

All proofs will be sent to the customer for approval via email.  Therefore, please provide an email address when ordering.  Please check spellings carefully on the proofs.  As all of our goods are personalised and made to order we regret that we can only accept returned goods in the event of a fault.

While we try and represent our artwork in the truest way possible, there may be colour variance.  Every computer monitor is calibrated differently and therefore it is not possible to be 100% accurate in colour matching when comparing digital images and the final output.  If a specific colour is required, the customer must provide the appropriate RGB colour code when ordering.

Postage & Packaging is via Royal Mail 1st class delivery (no tracking provided) to mainland UK.  If you wish to use a tracked service, please contact us for a quotation.

We accept payments by bank transfer or PayPal.  Please contact us for details.  Payment is required upon order placement.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product.  However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some cases.  You, the customer, are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.  You must contact us by email should you wish to inform us of damaged or defective goods within 48 hours of your delivery being made.  In the case that the product is damaged in transit please email photos and details to info@AbridgedDesigns.com so that we are able to submit a claim.

Should you need to return a product due to an error on our part we will exchange or refund the product for you.  We will also refund any reasonable associated carriage costs.  Please contact us for a return authorisation number and return the item within 10 days.  Any refunds will be via the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Each change requested after approval of the proof will incur a £10 charge.

Photographs of your finished product may be used for advertising or publicity unless you specifically advise us that you do not wish us to do so.  Your details will not be passed on to any third parties for any purpose.
